Project Update: EG ALBA Hits 75% Completion

Updated: Aug 31
Working on sloping, irregular terrain introduces significant logistical friction to material distribution and mechanical alignment. Despite these challenging site conditions, the Novarise Group team at EG ALBA has delivered rapid progress.
In just 40 days, a specialized crew of 21 professionals has brought the overall project execution to 75% completion.

Site Progress Breakdown
The focused deployment of our lean crew on-site has allowed us to hit key installation milestones cleanly across the site:
Ramming: 100% Complete — All foundation piles are fully driven and locked into position.
Structure Assembly: 90% Complete — Torque tubes and fixed framework are nearly fully aligned across the sloped grid.
Module Installation: 50% Complete — Half of the PV modules are fully mounted and secured.
Construction Workstream | Status | Details |
Foundation Piling / Ramming | 100% | All piles completed on schedule. |
Structural Alignment | 90% | Final structural framework underway. |
PV Module Mounting | 50% | Rapid mounting sequence active. |
Overall Project Completion | 75% | Delivered in 40 days with a 21-person crew. |

Expanded Scope: Awarded an Additional 10 MW
Performance on tough ground builds long-term trust. Originally contracted for a 6 MW installation, Novarise Group’s execution speed and site management prompted the client to award an additional 10 MW extension.
This brings the expanded total scope of EG ALBA to 16 MW.
