When it comes to utility-scale solar development, time is money—but agility is everything. While many contractors take weeks to transition from a signed contract to boots on the ground, Novarise Group just set a new benchmark for project velocity at EG Alba Melfi.

We didn't just mobilize for the project; we hit the ground running at a record-shattering pace.

The 48-Hour Mobilization Challenge

Speed is nothing without preparation. Exactly 48 hours after signing the contract for EG Alba Melfi, our heavy machinery was deployed, our teams were synced, and the first piles were driven into the ground.

This lightning-fast turnaround highlights Novarise Group’s capacity to deploy resources instantly, bypassing traditional logistical delays to keep our clients ahead of schedule from day one.

Crushing Milestones: 3,000 Piles in 10 Days

Once on-site, our crew maintained that same high-velocity momentum. The proof is in the production numbers:

3,000 piles completed in just 10 working days.

Achieving this scale of solar piling milestones requires absolute precision, flawless machinery uptime, and a site crew that operates like a well-oiled machine. By laying down foundations this quickly, we have effectively de-risked the subsequent phases of construction.

Earning Trust, Expanding Scope

Our performance on the ground didn't just keep the project on track—it gave the asset owners the confidence to expand our partnership mid-stride.

Initially, Novarise Group signed on to deliver mechanical services for a 6.7 MWp segment of the site. Recognising our rapid execution and reliability, the client has officially expanded our contract scope with an additional 4 MWp, bringing our total project footprint to a substantial 10.7 MWp.

Next Steps: Mechanical Assembly

With the piling phase moving at an aggressive clip, our team is fully transitioned into the core workload for this project: Full Mechanical Assembly.

Target Locked: Completion by Month's End

We aren't slowing down. Our teams are operating at peak efficiency to maintain this aggressive schedule. Driven by our rapid momentum and streamlined mechanical workflow, the entire expanded 10.7 MWp project is on track for full completion by the end of this month.

It is a testament to what can be achieved when rapid mobilization meets relentless execution. Stay tuned for the final photos as we wrap up this high-speed build!
